TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to www.yolosyoga.com (the “Site”). Please read the following terms and conditions (this “Agreement”), which apply to your use of the Site and all products and services offered on the Site, the mobile versions thereof, and any applications, platforms or technologies offered by Yolo's Yoga. The Site is controlled, owned and operated by Yolo's Yoga. This Agreement is a binding contract between you and Yolo's Yoga. You shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms of this Agreement by either using the Site simply as a guest through browsing.
CANCELLATION
NO REFUNDS will be issued unless Yolo's Yoga must cancel a class or workshop at the last minute. If you have booked a class and do not show up, this payment will still be processed. We offer a 12 hour window for class cancellations. Credit will still be taken if it is within that period and no refund will be issued.
DISCOUNT:
We offer 50% discount on studio classes for Students, NHS workers and Armed Forces. You will need to pay the full price then email us proof that you qualify for the discount and we will refund you the excess amount or get in contact with us directly to arrange payment plan.
MEMBERSHIP
Unlimited membership and class passes grant access to all group studio classes. Special classes, events and workshops are not included in the unlimited membership and class passes. Students must still book their place for classes as plans do not guarantee a space and should not be treated as an entitlement. We offer a 24 hour window for plan cancellations. Credit will still be taken if it is after that period and no refund will be issued.
These CANNOT be shared with other members or used to book for others. By purchasing these contracts you agree to the terms and conditions and accept the above.
PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy SECURITY OF INFORMATION Personal information collected by Yolo's Yoga and our website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Yolo's Yoga will secure your personal information no matter where we process or store your data. Privacy Policy This is to confirm that Yolo's Yoga takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. We endeavour to conform with the UK and European Data Protection laws. We do not share any information with third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you. We give the highest possible priority to the safety and welfare of children and will in all circumstances cooperate with police and government authorities in combating any and every attempt to harm or pursue sexual relations with children and young people. How do we use personal information? We will use your personal information necessary for us to provide our services to you. We do not share any information with unrelated third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than is required for the provision of our products or services. Information collected during the application process, will be stored securely. Information collected will be securely destroyed if it is no longer required by Yolo's Yoga. We will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorised or required by law reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity. Changes to our Policy From time to time it may be necessary for us to review and revise this policy. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time and should this occur the amendment would be posted on our website.
YOGA LIABILITY WAIVER
I hereby agree to the following:
1. I am participating in these classes during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and can possibly cause injury. I am fully aware of the known risks and hazards to my health that are involved.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding any participation in this program. I represent and warrant that I have stipulated any current health condition that would prevent my participation in physical activities.
3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in these classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.
4. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim that I may have against the instructor, the owner, or the physical establishment for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the classes or workshops.
5. That if I participate in other classes or events that I will assume full responsibility for any injuries that may result from my participation, with the same considerations that this waiver stipulates above (items 1 - 4 ).
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND MODIFICATIONS
Yolo's Yoga may make improvements and/or changes to the Site and the Materials at any time without notice. Yolo's Yoga may make changes to this Agreement or other policies relating to the usage of the Site by posting an updated version of this Agreement or the other policies on the Site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement and the policies. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes
